This workout routine is planned to work for both men and women, young and old, people. Each exercise is a multiple movement, which means it works for multiple muscle groups as opposed to isolation exercises, such as bicep curls.

My Diet
A suitable and healthy diet is one of the most important aspects of achieving a healthy lifestyle. Here I will tell you my fitness diet plan. I love eating. My daily fitness diet plan is the following: Breakfast – 3 hard-boiled eggs, ½ Mug of rice, black coffee. Lunch – 8 oz of lean protein, 1 cup of steamed Basmati Rice with hot water, and limitless steamed vegetables. Dinner – 8 oz of lean protein, 5 Mug of steamed basmati rice with hot water, and limitless steamed vegetables.
My Supplements
Each fitness model uses its own choice supplement. A supplement is very important for every person who wants to become a fitness model. I suggest you use whey protein. Whey protein is an outstanding source of protein that is great in quality, is safe for many lactose-intolerant people, and offers a ton of essential amino acids at a low cost.
